Is not aliased to another drive?

If it is not, then another test is to temporarily disable the antivirus real time protection.

Thanks for your time!
The folder is not aliased and set to "read only". Real time protection off. No changes...

Hello,

Unfortunately the situation is a bit awkward for us to understand as well, as the problem has gone away for some time, then re-appeared.
There are only two possible causes for the issue: the files in the LocalState folder pertaining to the tds-gtnxi-gauge to reside on a slower disk drive (or an application slowing it down)
Or there is a monitoring program active.

We still think that this is something internal on your end and the problem should be approached for that angle. Unfortunately with the information provided we are unable to assist in understanding what is going on.

Absolutely right.
It was on my end. And finally and definitively sorted. Moving all the MSFS install (Community folder included) to a new 2TB SSD did solve the issue.
The problem, however, is not the LocalStateFolder which is already on an SSD (C: drive) together with MSFS signature files.
Thanks for your support. Finally enjoying the product.
