GTNXi Freezing

Hi there! I've been using the GTN (Pro upgrade) for a while now, but recently have been having issues with it lagging when switching radio frequencies and also freezing in flight. Is there a place to reach out for support? Just wondering if its something in my system that's conflicting...

Has this been reported to our Discord channel? It may be best to make this report there, with providing all the necessary details: TDS GTNXi Pro version, GTNXi PC Trainer version (starting with V20.x.x) as well as instructions on reproducing the freezing. Here is a link to our Discord:

Most likely something is happening on your end as we have no reports of frequency lagging and intermittent freezing when in flight, so it may be worth checking the system as well.
