Installation help needed please.

Good evening everyone!

I have encountered problems when trying to install the 750xi. I have a second license with which I had no problem at all, hence this post.
I have included the text file as well as the error I am getting. I am specifically trying to install this to use with the A2A Comanche. I can see the unit ingame, but it does not turn on for some reason.

Hello, as stated above:

Can you please re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an administrator (right click on the executable, select Run As Administrator)? Please let us know how it works.

Die Hi! Sorry for my long response time, I got long work hours these days. Running as admin did not change anything. 
What is the correct procedure to remove this software alltogether to start from scratch please? When I delete the TDS folder and uninstall the Garmin trainer, I still find that the TDS installer-software-login still has my details filled out already.

There is no need to do a complete uninstall, we can certainly assist you, but please let us know of the exact problem that you are experiencing now before attempting any changes.

Please read the error message that you are receiving:

Error Installing: C File Already running in the background, it must be closed first, then attempt a reinstall!

Please reboot the PC, then re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an admin and reinstall only the TDS GTNXi Flught Sim v1.0.3.0

Hi! Again thank you for your swift response. What I did was run the installer as administrator, then hit TDS reinstall and got the message that it was successfully installed.Please see the screenshot attached. Now the problem I have is that when I try using it in the newly released A2A PA24 is that the GTN Unit is not turning on. In the tablet where you select the configuration of the aeroplane, I get the option to select it. The panel changes and I see the GTN built into the panel, it is just that it doesn't turn on when the avionics master is switched to on.

I do not have this problem on my desktop setup, where everything worked flawlessly on the first try.

Hello Max,

Let's take this problem one step at a time. At the moment there is an A2A EFB (tablet) bug that results in a black screen.

With MSFS closed, please start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut, then click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen turn on?

Hi! With MSFS closed: yes, a new window comes up and the screen immeadiately turn on. the unit works without any failures.
