Problems installing

Hi!  TDS seems to install correctly, but the program will not launch.... even as admin.

NOTE:There are no aircraft liveries that include the product

AV is uninstalled.

Hello,

Can you please run the TDS GPS Manager as an administrator (right click on the exe and select Run as Administrator)?

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the response... I've never had problems installing or running Manager. that works fine. I did however have some complications as I tried to uninstall the Trainer, and couldt then reinstall the trainer. I did download 3.3.1.0 from Garmin and install manually, and Manager now reports that as installed. After manager completes both installations, I attempt to run the TDS program and nothing happens. I did have SentinelOne and Huntress and both are now uninstalled, as is Defender disabled.

I just can't get that to run.. thanks

With the TDS GTNXi closed, after a computer reboot , can you please delete the TDSGTN.ini file located here:

C:\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE

Please let us know how it goes.

Hello,

There are two causes of the problem, are you running any antivirus that could be blocking the TDS GTNXi? Can you please disable even the Windows Real Time protection?
Additionally, after a failed attempt, please email us the log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
support@tdssim.com

Computer has been rebooted.
-There is no antivirus (All uninstalled)
-Defender real time protection is off.
-When I try to reinstall, it produces an error
-There is no log TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt in My docs

Some progress.....

-Copied the Manager Installer to the desktop (instead of network drive)
-run as Admin...
-reinstall Flight Simulator:SUCCESS! (no errors this time)
-However, there is no log in mydocs still
-Run TDS GTNXi Flight Sim (As Admin), UAC shows up (Choose Yes), Nothing happens..

Also disabled UAC and All defender Antivirus Controls

(On a separate note..... if a program is asking for all AV things to be disabled, this seems like a huge problem don't you think?)

OK, still can't launch the program from the desktop, but.... i think it says I didn't have to if I was going to run from the VC anyway...
-In the 414, I can now see a livery called TDS GTNXI... and I see two units installed in the VC... but there seems to be no way to power it on, even with Avionics on.... 
-The JustFlight Arrow does not have a livery however....

Can you please try a reinstall by running the TDS GPS Manager as an administrator (right click on the file, select Run As Administrator), then please provide us with the log file called TDSGPSManager.txt

Hello, the ini file gets generated as soon as you start the executable called:TDSGTNXiFlightSimEXE.exe

Found here: C:\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE

Please try running it as an administrator.
