Black screen - Henri - 10-21-2022

Hello 
I have also have the problem: I have a black screen

I did post the maps as secure in AVG
I also did run the programm with AVG closed 

In TDS GPS Manager I see for the  GTNXITrainer  version 3.5.3.0 is installed on my computer;
 but in TDSGPS Manager , the latest version that is mentioned is 3.3.1.0 
Can this be a the problem ?

Hello Henri,

The solution for AVG is very simple, you will have to create an exclusion for a specific exe.
We are not sure if you have the GTNXi PC Trainer component V20.20.10 or V20.20.13, this can be easily found from the Aviation PC Trainer/Version Manager tab.
You can also update to V20.20.13 to be sure.

Then please set up an exclusion for this executable:

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTI\Production\GTI__GTN_Xi__20_20\app-20.20.13\bin\gtn_simulator.exe

If you have version 20.20.10, you must use the app-20.20.10 folder.
