no charts available - Luculus - 10-15-2025
Hello, I am using TDS GTNXi Pro Upgrade in MSFS 2024, on the TBM 850 by Black Square with Navigraph charts. The Pro Upgrade version shows as installed, Navigraph Charts is enabled, and my license is correctly registered under my name.
However, when I try to select charts (e.g., SID, STAR), I get the error messages: 'No Information Chart Available', 'No Departure Chart Available', etc.
How can I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Thank you for the information. Please run a failed test at KJFK, with MFSS closed, then provide us with the log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
