GTN750Xi does not pop out since Volanta - MaxS - 11-23-2024
Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with the TDS GTN 750 XI in MSFS since I installed Volanta. Specifically, I can no longer use the ALT GR key to pop out the GTN 750 XI as a separate window.
Here’s what’s happening:
- For all other instruments (e.g., radios, autopilot panels), the pop-out function using ALT GR works perfectly.
- When I hover over the GTN 750 XI with the mouse and press ALT GR, I do see the magnifying glass icon with the "+" symbol appear. However, clicking the left mouse button doesn’t open the GPS as a separate window.
Before installing Volanta, this function worked flawlessly. I suspect there might be some conflict or setting that Volanta changed.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem, and if so, how did you fix it? Any advice on how to restore the ability to pop out the TDS GTN 750 XI would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Max,
Unfortunately this is a tricky one. Pop-ups with ALT+LEFT Click are handled by MSFS and not by us, we have no notification and absolutely no power of them.
It is odd that only the GTNXi does not pop-up, but unfortunately we can't do much.
Which aircraft are you using?

Hello,
In this case, what you could try, as a test, would be to disable (comment using //) the entries for the other gauges: PMS 750 and WT GNS from the C182 Panel.cfg file, in case this is a conflict.
