GTN750 does not turn on COLD and DARK

Hello. I bought the APP yesterday and I'm having difficulties using it.

When I load the aircraft in COLD and DARK, the GTN750 does not turn on after turn on the battery and avionics.

When I start with the aircraft started, the GTN750 starts on, but sometimes it is difficult to click on some “buttons”... as if the touch screen had a problem.

How I can solve these problems?

Hello,

This seems an incompatibility with other GPS units, can you please temporarily remove the PMS 750 from the MSFS Community folder, as well as temporarily uninstall the WT GNS?

Getting it to work properly. I completely uninstalled the antivirus and removed everything on WT. Thank you for your help.
